Visit Two Wineries in La Rioja, the Land of Wines
San Sebastian is a great springboard for visiting Spain’s La Rioja, a wine-growing region beneath the Cantabrian Mountains known for its high-quality red wines. Explore the vine-covered hills on this small-group tour, and visit two bodegas (wineries) to see their vineyards and production facilities. At each estate, finish with a wine tasting to sample different varieties alongside local snacks. If you wish, you can upgrade to a private tour.
Spain is widely famous for its wines’ high quality, and the cradle of these wines, the land that provides its name to the appellation of La Rioja, is not far from San Sebastian. Enjoy a visit to two wineries (bodegas), having a relaxing walk through the vineyards, learning the wine-making process from the grape harvest to the maturation, and finishing the experience with a wine tasting in each winery to taste the best Rioja wines.
We visit two different wineries in order to learn the differences from one winery to the other. We also visit Laguardia village during the tour.
Lunch not included in the price.
